Still listens to while working
The more I think of it, you'd have to be incredibly Stupid to get caught using a death note. Who would rationally think that writing a name in a book will kills someone. Think about it, if I take a random book and write the names of ppl killed what you gonna do? "Well let's write someone's name in the book and see if they die!" - No, you'd investigate the hell outta the person and see that there's zero evidence of a crime - Case closed.
